welcome to the family restaurant Veranda.
Our restaurant is focused on traditional Liptov specialties and modern Slovak cuisine, using fresh ingredients from Liptov and Slovak producers. The wild game on our menu is from the game living in the surrounding forests of the Demänovská valley, the trout is from the nearby ponds in Pavčina Lehota, the lamb is preserved in the meadows of the region. The wines that you can enjoy here are exclusively made from grapes grown around Tajna, Modra and Tokaj, from Slovak winemakers.

We would like to invite you to our pasta, which we make directly in our restaurant from Italian semolina flour.
It is a type of flour made from durum wheat. This type of wheat is characterised by a higher proportion of protein and gluten compared to normal wheat.
With this offer we meet all those who enjoy such food mainly as a light dinner.
We would like to introduce you to our "Veranda burger", which we prepare for you from Limousin beef from the back and front of the quarter, preserved in Slovakia on a family farm.
